Ingredients:
1 – 12 Oz Bag Of Chopped Kale Or 1 Bunch Of Fresh
1 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
¼ Cup Tahini
1 Carrot
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Medjool Dates*
1 Tbsp Onion Powder*
¼ Cup Nutritional Yeast
1 Tsp Coconut Aminos
1 ½ Cup Water
Directions:
Place Kale Into A Large Mixing Bowl.
Mix Remaining Ingredients In A Blender Until Smooth And Pour Over
The Kale.
Massage Into Kale With Hands. Arrange On Dehydrator Trays And Dehydrate On 130°F For 8 Or So Hours. (If You Don’t Have A Dehydrator, You Can Use Your Oven On A Lowered Temperature 150°F - 180°F.)
Check Every Couple Hours Until They Are Dry And Crispy.
